Shipping Methods

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and international orders via USPS First Class International.  All orders will ship out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.  

Textiles: Standard domestic shipping is free within the United States. Any expedited rates will be the buyers responsibility. International postage prices will be automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and size of the item(s).

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. 

Domestic: USPS priority (1-3 day delivery time).

International: USPS First Class international mail (1-5 week delivery time). Payment of any additional VAT Fees/Import duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Please contact me to accommodate special requests for expediting or insurance prior to purchasing.

+ Please keep in mind that international orders can in rare cases take up to a month or two to arrive depending on which country they are going to, and the customs hold times. Sometimes your packages are waiting for you at your local post office or being held up in customs. If your package is lost for some reason, you will receive store credit or an immediate exchange for the amount of the lost item. Please be patient in waiting for your orders. 

Return and Exchange Policy

PURCHASE CAREFULLY AS ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL

Though all sales are considered final, returns are reviewed on a case by case basis, primarily if there was a significant error in the listing. Great care is taken to provide accurate measurements for each item, returns due to poor fit or buyers remorse are not accepted, however, we may be able to offer an exchange/store credit on a case by case basis. Only one exchange per order will be allowed. 

If a store credit or exchange is accepted, all shipping charges incurred from shipping items back to us will be the buyers responsibility.

Please remember that most of our items have been previously worn and/or loved, and may show signs of wear. We do our absolute best to list any imperfections, however, we ask you to keep an open mind for minor wear.

Cancellations

Cancellations: Cancellations will for the most part only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. We also understand that things come up, so requests made after that time period will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
